Train the Trainer
Train the Trainer is available in English or Arabic and is delivered Face-to-Face over 2 days. Participants will be equipped with the knowledge and skills required to design and deliver training sessions. Participants will develop a fundamental understanding of adults as learners, explore various learning and training styles, examine a variety of activities and design an effective training session.
Train the Webinar Trainer (TWeb)
Train the Webinar Trainer is available in English and is delivered remotely over 4 x 90-minute sessions. Participants will be equipped with the knowledge and skills required to deliver remote training sessions. Participants will develop a fundamental understanding of adults as learners, explore essential remote trainer skills, examine a variety of online tools and design a remote training session.
Coaching and Mentoring (TCM)
Coaching and Mentoring is available in English and Arabic and is delivered Face-to-Face over 2 days or as an 8 week asynchronous course. Participants will explore the benefits of coaching and mentoring in an educational context, practice skills specific to coaching and mentoring and plan for ways to apply these skills within their practice.
Training Quality Assurer (TQA)
Training Quality Assurer is available in English and is delivered Face-to-Face over a 3 hour session. Participants will develop the skills required to appraise training session materials, analyse impact of training and provide constructive feedback.

National Capacity Building Program (NCBP)
The capacity-building initiative was led by the Crown Prince Court of Abu Dhabi.
Each teacher participating in the assessment received a detailed report highlighting their strengths and areas for development in addition to an overall outcome. There is now a rich pool of local, talented teachers in both public and private sectors, upskilled to train, coach and build the capacity of their colleagues with the teaching and learning of the UAE Moral Education curriculum.
