The University of Surrey currently has three faculties:

FACULTY OF ENGINEERING AND PHYSICAL SCIENCES
Our faculty covers the core engineering disciplines of aeronautical engineering, civil engineering, chemical engineering, electronic engineering and mechanical engineering alongside the specific disciplines of chemistry, computing, mathematics and physics.

FACULTY OF HEALTH AND MEDICAL SCIENCES
We are comprised of four schools, the School of Biosciences and Medicine, School of Health Sciences, School of Psychology and School of Veterinary Medicine.

FACULTY OF ARTS AND SOCIAL SCIENCES
The faculty brings together scholars and students from across an extraordinary range of academic disciplines in a learning community that is dedicated to the discovery and enrichment of the arts, humanities and social sciences. We are artists, entrepreneurs, scholars and practitioners working on the pleasures and challenges of our times.

All students meeting the entry requirements for the University of Surrey who have studied at a GEMS school in UAE and Qatar are eligible for the GEMS Excellence Award.
