The University of West London (UWL) is a leading public university in the United Kingdom, ranked 41st in the UK by The Guardian University Guide 2026. Expanding its global presence, UWL established its first international branch campus in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, in 2017, bringing its high-quality British education to students in the region.

The University of West London Ras Al Khaimah Campus is located in the educational hub of RAKEZ Academic Zone, RAK. It offers high quality, career-focused courses imparting excellence in the recent trends in Business, Finance and Computing. Fully regulated by Ras Al Khaimah Department of Knowledge (RAK DOK), the campus equips students with the skills, confidence, and opportunities to excel in global careers.

Undergraduate courses:
- BSc (Hons) Artificial Intelligence
- BSc (Hons) Data Science
- BSc (Hons) Computer Science
- BSc (Hons) Cyber Security
- BA (Hons) Accounting and Finance
- BA (Hons) Business Studies.

Students who completes BA (Hons) Accounting and Finance will receive nine papers exemptions from ACCA.

Postgraduate courses:

- MBA
- MSc Cyber Security
- MSc Artificial Intelligence.

All courses at the UWL RAK Branch Campus are delivered on- site as UWL believes in the value of the face-to-face teaching mode. The courses are carefully crafted to offer diverse learning opportunities to students, enabling them to cultivate their skills and knowledge for personal and professional growth. The aim is to equip students with the necessary foundations to become creative and forward-thinking professionals, connecting them with fulfilling and promising career paths. Other services offered to students include accommodation, transportation, and a provision to apply for a student visa for the course duration.

UWL RAK offers meritorious scholarships to students who earned good grades/scores in Grade 12th /equivalent, along with 10% yearly Gems For Life grant for GEMS students.
Postgraduate students too can avail study grants based on their professional work experience and achievements.

Marks and yearly GEMS merit scholarships:
60 - 69% = 10% on 1st year tuition fee and 7.5% on 2nd and 3rd year tuition fee
70 - 79% = 15% on tuition fee
80 - 89% = 20% on tuition fee
90%+ = 25% on tuition fee
